Master Bao | Westfield Stratford City

In 2019, we were invited to bring our steamed buns to Westfield’s revamped food court and set out to create the best food kiosk we could imagine! Following the success of this site, in May 2024, we headed to East London and opened our second Master Bao in Westfield Stratford City.

We're open 7 days a week, serving up a menu inspired by Taiwanese street food - from bao to hand made udon noodles, fried rice, dumplings and beef noodle soup.

Our team is now made up of 8 floor staff and 14 in the kitchen, serving 3000 people a week.
