Master Bao is a busy, popular Taiwanese restaurant within the food court in Westfield Stratford.

We have 2 Master Bao restaurants across London serving the fluffiest buns with a small, friendly team and are currently looking for an experienced General Manager to join us.

Co-founders Frank Yeung and Abhinav Malde launched Mr Bao, in Peckham in 2016, bringing their vision of a neighbourhood restaurant to life. In 2018, Daddy Bao opened in Tooting, dedicated to Frank’s dad Joe and his 30+ years in hospitality. In 2019, Master Bao opened in Westfield London and in 2024 they opened a second site in Westfield Stratford City, as well as the cocktail bar Good Measure open below Daddy Bao. They have recently moved beyond Taiwanese food, opening 18-seater noodle bar Wonton Charlie’s and contemporary Cantonese restaurant Cafe Kowloon in London Fields.
